T Track app

Managing Patients

Help guide your patients through their Testogel® treatment.

Help your patients stay on track and in control of their Testogel® treatment with the T Track app. It’s free, easy to use and has several features to help your patients comply with their treatment plan.

Treatment and symptom tracking

Patients can keep up-to-date easily with their treatment by tracking their daily Testogel® applications and monitor their symptoms over the course of their treatment using the in-built, validated Ageing Males’ Symptom (AMS) scale. Patients can also enter and track their testosterone levels when they have received their blood test results.

Progress monitoring graphs enable patients to easily track and understand their progress, which in turn can encourage them to continue their therapy and improve compliance even if they are not noticing immediate improvements to their condition.

Patients can understand more about their condition and their Testogel® treatment, as well as have their questions answered within the library and FAQ sections.

When patients have knowledge, tools and support, they are empowered to become their own health advocates and are more likely to stay on therapy and get the most out of their treatment.

Videos to help patients understand their treatment

Information to reinforce their knowledge and understanding

Patients can quickly get to grips with their diagnosis and treatment with short, informative videos such as “What is testosterone deficiency?” and “How to apply Testogel® 16.2 mg/g gel”.

Our library of resources and videos ensure patients have the support they need, when they need it, so they don’t always need to ask their HCP.

Helpful application and follow-up appointment reminders improve patient compliance and give HCPs peace of mind that patients are helped with staying on top of their condition.
